i already emailed a few times about this, with no response.
my account was down for 7 days due to the hackers, and when it returned i hadn't received my ba/bd for those 7 days i could not log in. i've been on level 14 for weeks (partly in training, and now trying to save up 12,000 bd). i don't think it's fair i didn't receive my bd and now i'll have to wait another week or so to level up. i mean, is it really that big of a deal to just award me the money i didn't receive when i couldn't log in at all?
this is what i'm owed:
BD per day from boyfriend = 700 x 7 = 4900 BD
BA per day from boyfriend = 600 x 7 = 4200 BA
can anyone help?

I completely understand everyones deal. I am so sorry this has happened to everyone. I am also glad this hasn't happened to me because I am a housewife/mother of three and this is my one thing I do for me at my girls bedtime/naptime. If I started losing any amount of money I would have to quit. Our money is tight enough as it is with gas prices soaring.

I lost $5 real money trying to get BD. I think I figured out why I lost it:
I sent 'Code' to Allopass the time I lost it. I did it again, sending 'CODE' and I got my BD.
Must be case sensitive, to anyone else like me who didn't realise.

Well i want to post something good on this thread.
I had paid 20 bucks for 66000 BD... i didnt get it for three days, but i sent a request to the support line via email (as per BimboKatrina MODERATOR) suggested, I never got an email back from support but two days later POOF! i got my BD... be patient they're not out to screw anyone...

ok can someone help me? i hyave read through everyones posts about this problem and tried to sort my problem out but nothing is working . i too paid $20 dollars for bimbo dollars over a week ago now and they stilll havent come through i have emailed the support team everyday and i still have had no reply. i have also read that we can go into our paypal account?? i dont have or every had a paypal acocund and i paid through credit card! where is the money and will it get redeemed soon?
this really is hopeless and it makes me not want 2 continue becasue itz useless playing when you have no money!! please help thank you xxxxx

If it's any help my daughter bought herself and me $10 each worth of bimbo $ today using paypal and we were both credited with our Bimbo dollars immediately so maybe the glitches have been sorted out

I finally heard back from support today...it took them a few days but my BD's were finally added...yay!!! it took a little over a week, but the site definitely didn't cheat me...

I purchased 9,000 BD over a week ago and have yet to have it added to my account. I have e-mailed support twice now about this problem and I want to know when it will be fixed. By not giving me what I have paid for is known as theft and the problem needs to be fixed soon. If you guys are having these problems why are you allowing people to continue to purchase BD?
