This post is very helpful because I too have lost (well never received) bimbo dollars that I purchased via allopass. I bought them on the end of March and every time I entered the code I was told it wasn't valid. So I submitted a query on the bimbo site but never heard anything so then I tried my luck with allopass and all I got was a fairly rude reply telling me that it wasn't their problem and I should contact the webmaster of miss bimbo. I still haven't been able to resolve the issue and now I fear that because 30 days have passed I never will. Has this happened to anyone else?

I wish I could help you all I have asked for a progress report but not got any answers as of yet I am truely sorry I feel so helpless.
What I will do is keep posting until I get a response and you all get your money back.

Ai-Ling, you go to the contact bit on the bottom of your screen, then you will see a place where you can e-mail or support. Just fill in the form and you wont get any response!! The MODS on here are more helpful than anyone on the other end of the e-mail. I feel sorry for the MODS as they are the ones having to deal with the "influx" of dissatisfied players, which is not fair.

I would just like to note that I too have lost money... I sent 2 text messages $4.99 each that would mean I lost 10 dollars. If there's anything you can do I would be over joyed! I know you can not refund the money because only the amid can.

This is where I went. Not that it'll help. It shows 3 emails pending from what I sent and still nothing. I've paid $20 and have nothing to show for it. I love to site but want to purchase close and things for my bimbo. This is really frustrating. If there is a problem they should take care of those they owe money to first, before we start asking for all our money back. I'm ready to go to paypal and ask for a refund!

Sorry to read of such problems.. (it warns me to not purchase bimbo dollars)

You may be pleased to hear guys that I have finally received my dollars after 21 days!! I had an e mail tonight saying they had been credited to my account.
It has been unacceptable in all honesty the wait for this transaction, however, keep e mailing the support and the genaral email in place and it may work for you all too. I did email very nearly every day, with the intention of small claims court if nothing happened.
This is a pretty cool game and it really brings out "the girlie" in you and it is SO dissappointing to see that things behind the scenes are not quite right. Its what media attention does to you I suppose.
MODS thank you for being so patient with me, guys/gals keep mailing. It will happen.

i bought bimbo dollars and they never came throught this charged me.
i reported it and they said they will be added,
they were never added.
this was when missbimbo was going through alot of media attention.
never again will i buy bimbo dolars though

All you need to do is go to your bank and claim fraud, have them take back the money from OUZA LTD. But.. doing this will probably mean your account will be redeemed or banned or something. I've done this with another game site after having problems.

What is wrong with allopass? I have tried several times today to get some BD and it continues to tell me that the service does not exist. I hope i havent been charged for sending the sms's.

If you have not receive your BD and you paid by Paypal, then login to your Paypal account and submit a request for a refund via the Resolution Center. They will contact Ouza LTD and get your money back. I got my $20 back within a few days. Hopefully, when the bugs get worked out, we can start to purchase BD again. Thanks to the Mods-I know its frustrating to hear all the complaints, but I know you really can't do much about it either. Happy Bimbo-ing!!

I've bought Bimbo dollars quite a few times before but I've only had problems once. As of yet I haven't got my dollars from that transaction but I am hopeful that everything will be sorted out, not just for me but for the rest of you guys as well.

I bought some BD the other day and it showed on my account staright away. This was after all the hassle of taking over 3 weeks for my first purchase. I do think that the bugs etc are getting ironed out slowly and as and when they are raised so they get worked on and sorted out.
I kept mailing support every day, eventually I had a reply.

I've bought bimbo dollars maybe 4 times (via the sms method), and never had a problem
The only thing I noticed was that the reply text message wasn't always consistent after I sent one to them; as in, sometimes I got the reply text straight away, and other times I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for the reply. But, I always got it eventually

I'm not sure if this is entirely relevant to the conversation, sorry for that.
But doea anyone know if there is a limit to how many times you can sms for BD in a day.
I did it about 6 times i think and then was sent a message by my service provider saying i had insufficient credit even though I had plenty.
Have I reached a limit or is it just my service provider?
P.S. I live in Australia if that makes any difference

You are wrong there. It does work. I have recently bought some BD and they showed straight away on my account. It is a bold statement to make.
