Well if the thread about missing in game dollars and missing attitude hadn't been unstuck, then they would have a place to post about such things still.
But it was unstuck, so they have to post somewhere else.

To late it was changed a long time ago. But while we are on the subject there was nothing on the sign up about names.

Its a shame how mods that are supposed to help players sort out problems, just moan about players moaning.
We understand that there is little mods can do to rectify bugs, but point people in the direction of where they need to go to get problems sorted.
There was a thread about lost BA, that thread has now gone as it was just getting longer and longer and nothing being done, in its place we have this thread.
A thread you have now told people not to post about missing BA, so are we to take it that we can kiss goodbye to any missing BA, or lost BD caused by in game bugs?
If thats the case simply put a post up saying nothing can be done about lost BA or BD caused by in game bugs, things like that happen in games, we can accept that.

Yes? What? When will the 100's of people who posted on that thread know what is happening? Why not give an update? That thread was there for weeks getting longer and longer and there was not one reply or update from a mod.
I think people have a right to 'moan' when their real money goes missing and I can read - there is absolutly no need for personal insults like that, you are a mod, someone who is meant to help people here not insult them - make up our minds about what? People have put real money into this game and lost it (paypal problems aside).

US$3 = 9,000 BD
So 30 BD to the penny.
Some people are upset about loosing 90 BD of vegetables. I think if it were pointed out that that is 3 cents, they probably wouldn't waste time thinking about it.
On the other hand, for some people the losses have added up to a few thousand BD. Depending on the financial circumstances of the person a loss of 18,000 BD ($6) may be significant to them.
So for those large losses, there should be some compensation.
But I think for most of us, the amount of the loss is small, and it is the principle of the thing that bothers us.
We know the programmers aren't intentionally stealing BD from us, 5 cents at a time, but we players don't sense any urgency or responsiveness to our concerns.
I know not everyone feels this way, but that is how I see it.

when we know what's happening with all the bug issues refund ect then you will. We hahve not been told anything so we can't tell you anything.
I hope you can read that.

I know with all the bugs and glitches and whatnot at the moment people are getting a little annoyed and frustrated when there's something that isnt right..
I guess we just need to be patient till things get worked out by Koopa and admin, fortunately, in the mean time the mods pass our messages along.

I can understand mods getting a little irritated too - imagine all the messages they get about the same thing and about things they have no control or power over.. I think Id give some pretty annoyed replies once in a while too, without really meaning any harm

I bought Bimbo Dollars 18 days ago and they are STILL not showing on my account. I have e-mailed, contacted support and even followed advice from other users and STILL they are not showing. No-one has ever replied to any of my emails I have sent. It only worked out at about £5, but that is not the point. I am lucky that I work and it is not a great deal of money to me, but for the younger members of this comunity it is a lot of money. Has anyone any ideas as to just how long this is going to take to sort out?

I'm right there with you. I purchased Bimbo Dollar a week ago and even after several emails nothing! It's not the fact that there's a lot of money invested it's that it's our money and we should get what we paid for.

I figured if there was no reply to me emails/support then I am not likely to get a refund either as no-one is interested in replying to anything sent. I like Miss Bimbo loads, and this has really made me feel that once they have the money then thats it - not interested in anything else.
The next step for me is speaking to my sister who will start recovery proceedings and I will have to leave Miss Bimbo
I completely understand that the MODS are getting frustrated over this issue, and if they are not in a position to tell us whats happening then it is pretty clear to me that the admin side of Miss Bimbo is pretty poor. I am SO disappointed about the whole thing as other than this Miss Bimbo is a fab website.
