Ha me too, read about it on AOL and how it was bad for little girls to think beauty can get them whatever they want. So i tryed it out and now I love it!

I did a lot of research into it. I decided that you don't NEED to get breast implants. The media stresses out.
The Sims do wrong stuff.

If Im perfectly honest, I knew nothing about this website before I seen it on the news. That is what got me to register in the first place. I think by far too much is read into games and websites now a days. It is realistically a parents job to teach there kids about things such as this, so that a kid is not wrongly influenced by a game.
It kind of goes back to the old saying "If someone told you to jump off a bridge would you?" Just because in a game you get cosmetic surgery doesn't mean you should rush out and do it in real life. People including younger kids were given a brain for a reason and parents had children for a reason. Teach them.
Just my 2 cents.

Well without all the attention this site got in the media, I wouldn't have come across it. And now I must admit that I'm hooked. I guess I'll never outgrow my fascination with dressing up dolls!

I think the media did this site a favor. Look how many new players and how much more $$$ they're making now. I agree with LyricDakota it's up to the parents to be parents.... something a lot of them seem to have forgotten

I was one of those curious people who checked out the site because of the news.
Yes, it was good to get more people to the site. But, it created a few problems because I don't think the servers could handle the traffic well...

For sure,
I had a nosey on here a couple months ago after the media hype.
I got into it, but each page was so slow that i gave up.
Wasn't till i got an email telling me my bimbs had died that i came back on,
and now she has been reborn and i'm addicted!!
They say there's no such thing as bad press!
Although i'm sure there's a few celebs who'd disagree

I totally agree... and just for the record... at 34 (eek!!!!) I have considerd every possible combination of plastic surgery know to man, not because I am insecure, but because my children have moved everything around... and some dumb habits as a youngster... ahem tanning on the beach all summer, and serious sports activities in the deep south, have taken their toll on my once fab skin... will I do it... probably not, but if I do.. it was in my head long before I heard of Miss Bimbo, it was put there shortly after my second child was born.
Aside from his, no one in the media seems to have picked up on the fact that the Bimbos are climbing a job ladder and spen all kinds of time improvint their IQ. Ahhh SPIN the great media wonder.

I read about it in Shout! magazine, giving it a bad review, saying that once you run out of BDs, you have to text an SMS etc. Thats what got me onto it.. If they don't want kids on it, they should'nt tell us about it1!
