i think you have to be level 4 to challenge and be challenged. At least I can't challenge you (I tried:-))

Yep. You will have to be lvl 4

You have to put on an outfit first then go to another bimbos profile and press the big button that says challenge

Levels 1-3 can challenge levels 1-3.
Levels 4 and up can challenge levels 4 and up.

There are 2 ways that I have found to challenge, off of a bimbos page or through your challenge button.
You have to wait for them to except.
