i tried using the account recovery link, but it said my nickname or password was wrong, (when i am 100% sure it wasnt! )
also, at the top, my email automatically came up, which means it recognises my email, but not my password or nickname... what shall i do???

My account went missing, I was able to recover it but now my poor pet is missing! Can this be recovered also, please?

Demoniss is not working.  She tried the recoverAccount.php and it didn't work for her.

Ok, so I don't know if this will be the same for everyone, but when I had to verify my email on the recover your account screen, I kept getting the message that the email address was in use.  In the end I tried putting my Bimbo name in instead of the email address and it said 'your account has been recovered'.  Then when I tried to log in using email & password I got the error message again.  When I tried putting in my Bimbo name and password, it worked!!! 

I hope that makes sense, and if it is just a wording issue, then maybe Admin could change it to avoid floods of emails etc... 

Fingers crossed the rest of you get your accounts back.  Now I had better send my tubby Bimbo to the gym!

This works! I tried and tried the recovery link putting in my email address and it would not work. But when I put in my bimbo name (even when it say 'Email adress! Not nickname!) it worked. I have to put in my bimbo name in instead of my email address to log in also. Try this, it really works!

My brother's account is back on and his bimbo is in mint condition and his account was out for over a week so hold tight people - hope you all get your bimbo's back soon x

my bimbo is missing for a few days now...
her nick is Shtraca-PLEASE HEEEEELP!!!

I'm posting again for my sister.  Her bimbo is Zaneb and we've tried everything to get her logged back in.
I can see her profile now, but she still gets the "error in registration" message when she tries to log in.

Sariana, I sent you a pm with her email and password. 

Any other suggestions??

My bimbo Shtraca is still not working.Is it possible she is dead by now?This is so unfair.......

I have PMed Koop about this description of the problem some people are having using/understanding recoverAccount.php :

But where i am confused is that when i did that, the only options that it gives me is to reset my account, but i take it as the account that i am signed in as, and to permanently delete the account that i would be currently signed in under.

There is no option for me to delete any other accounts that i may have, and since i cannot sign into them, I cannot delete them.

Now if there is a tab that i am unaware of I will be glad to try again, but i have not found anything that will let me put in another email address so that i can try to fix this myself. So if you have any other ideas, please let me know, otherwise, the only other alternative that i can imaging is that someone that runs this thing goes into my account to either fix it or reset it, or something that will allow me to access it.

Could you try signing up for a another email address, use that to register another bimbo, and then delete all the other missbimbo accounts with email address joe12251979 (at) hotmail.com except Sass1979.

Many people have recovered their accounts, and the accounts have been okay.  It seems to just be a matter of getting it recovered.  I've emailed with some people in the UK and they've had good luck phoning.

I am not sure what the instructions for recoverAccount.php should be, but IF they could be improved it might reduce the work load on the mods and the admin.
