
Koopa has given the mods a way to recover accounts that went missing. It will only work if you did not create a new account. If you created a new account in order to PM, post on the forum, etc., PLEASE delete the new name before you post the missing name here.

I just had to make n delete bimbos because of this line. I deleted ManamiAmi the one I posted in the original topic about missing accounts and then I tried to post in here as a guest but that wouldn't work. Then the ones I kept makin wouldn't let me post anything so I emailed someone, but I doubt it went through. ARGH!

(I am just a regular ordinary missbimbo user. This is my understanding of what you should do if your account is missing. If I am wrong, the mods can feel free to delete this, or delete this and post a corrected version.)

Updated instructions 2008-05-14:
1. If your account is disabled, try the account recovery web page.
Koopa, the admin, created the web page to recover disabled accounts.
An email address can belong to only one active account. You first need to clean up any other accounts registered with the same email address as the account you are recovering. If you don't do this the recovery won't work.
a) First, you need to delete all missbimbo accounts registered with the same email address as the account you are recovering.
Log on -> My Bimbo -> My Profile -> Look at the top to check that the nickname is one you want to delete -> Click "Permanently delete my account".
b) Repeat (a) to delete all other accounts with the same email address as the account you want to recover.
c) Make sure you are logged out of missbimbo.com.
d) Wait 5 minutes.
e) Go to http://www.missbimbo.com/recoverAccount.php
Do NOT log on. You do the recovery without logging on.
In the middle of the recovery webpage, you enter the nickname and password of the account you want to recover. You confirm by entering the email address.
(If you get an error message, cut and paste it into notepad or editor or something so you can send it to Support.)
f) Wait 5 minutes and try to access your account. Check in My Bimbo that it comes up with the correct nickname.
g) If it comes up with the wrong nickname, go back to step 1 (a) because the delete of the account with the wrong nickname did not work.
2. Only if recoverAccount.php didn't work, click on the CONTACT link in the bottom right-hand corner of most MissBimbo webpages and send a message to Support.
If you can't send a message to support because you already have 2 open messages, use a different email address.
If you don't have a second email address you can use, go to http://www.hotmail.com and create a new hotmail account and use that.
If you need to register a new MissBimbo account to be able to communicate with Support, use a second email address.
Give Support the nickname of the account you want to restore and the email address it goes with.
Give Support any error messages you received from recoverAccount.php.
3. As soon as your regular bimbo account is working, delete any temporary MissBimbo account(s) you created.
4. If you lost a pet due to the disabled account bug, you can get compensation to buy the pet again from Support.
You can contact Support thru the CONTACT link in the bottom right-hand corner of most MissBimbo web pages.
(The mods can't help you with lost pets or BD, but they can send a message to Support for you if you can't. Mention why you can't contact support directly.)
Remember, you can only have one MissBimbo account registered to an email address. Also remember that the rules of the MissBimbo prohibit players playing using more than one bimbo.

In order to keep this as clean as possible, all you need to post is your bimbo name. Posts not pertaining to this will be deleted.
