My Wife has a Bimbo 'Vinel' her email address is lujuanhowes@sky.com.
For over a week now she has not been able to log in, this was also after she bought your dollars. Is this the type of service that you offer?? If there is a problem with the server can you not let people know how long it will take to solve the problem?
She recently bought a cat, what happens if this cat dies, does she get compensation for it? Will you refund her the money she has spent??
In my eyes this is fraud, you take money from people then delete their account!
We have sent 2 emails and logged an online support call, nothing has happened, all it says is you have to wait till the first ticket is resolved before submitting a new one. As the first ticket was logged over 2 weeks ago it does not look like anything will happen!!
Can someone please look into this and let her know what is going on??
