ya, if they say "will u go out with me SOME TIME" then that means a date, and see how things go, but if he says
Will you go out with me, then that means like will u be with me, but in guy words... From what I know that is... It may be different with dfferent guys...

when i ask a girl out, i just want a date, if it goes well i'll probably ask for another date. next time a boy asks you if you will go out with him, reply "where do you want me to go out with you?"
it's too much of an open ended question, and it's perfectly fine if you want to ask them for clarification. make them spell it out for you, that way if he back peddles to, er i mean i want you to be my girlfriend, you can tell him he's a big silly for not asking you more directly.
