Hello,
This is Chris also known as sweetasanut. I am Nicos (Koopa) English partner here at Bimbo headquarters and I am responding directly to your thread about the petition.
Yes I understand all your points and I share with you all your concerns about the site....Chris
sweetasanutThank you, Chris. I'm sure just getting such a thorough and obviously sincere response will help calm things down. The concerns that I've read are legitimate, but it seems to me that things are on track to being fixed (although I've only been playing for about a month, so apologies to long-time players who might think I'm being too sunny).
I agree, a lot of the bugs have been worked out, we just need to be patient. There are still some bugs that need to be fixed obviously, but its not like nothing is being done. Its understandable that ppl are upset especially those of you who like me put real money in the game. Yes it can be frustrating. I have personal experience in maintaining, programing, and running a web sites and things take time! Especially for a web site of this magnitude, I'm sure they are working on things, actually if you read through the posts there are a few from Koopa, and Chris addressing the bugs and issues and telling us they are being worked on and apologizing for frustration and buggy game play. They know there are issues, they read the forum the know we are aggravated and they are trying to work things out. Honestly a petition is not going to speed things up any, its just a waste of your time as well as theres. Sorry, I am just telling you out of personal experience.

I agree! We need a site with more to do and that works much nicer.
