Why do you deserve anything? Its free, bugged or not its being provided totally free, they could just shut the whole site, then what would you have to complain about.

If I was having to pay then you could accept a certain level of service, but when its free I'm grateful for them providing it for me.

Do you think that the people working on the site have nothing better to do than provide us with a free game?

Perhaps they should make it pay to play, then they could employ more staff, and everything would run perfectly.

What, you mean being patient, and quite happy to let them get on with solving the problems rather than bombarding them with complaints, so they spend time dealing with that rather than solving problems?

Perhaps you have a point, I'll go and complain now, that should really speed things along, after all I bet they have nothing better to do.

When you are providing an option to purchase something you should also provide adequate customer service and it then becomes reasonable to up ones expectations of how a person is dealt with in general and how the game is maintained. If they do not want to provide proper maintenance to the site and proper customer service/support they should not expect or ask that people pay real money. Its really easy to say people are doing nothing but whining and acting childish when in reality you are not looking at the bigger picture.

Banning the people that sign the petition would do what? Fixing the problems on the site will benefit not only those who the play the game but the administrators/owners of the game as well. A better maintained site will mean more people registering and staying loyal to the site which would also generate more money for the site through the purchase of BD, which is obvious they want because if they didnt they wouldnt offer the option to purchase BD at all. Futhermore considering some of the goals its almost pointless to play without at any time purchasing BD, because with the bugs there are days at a time that people are not able to play the games, do not get the BD from there bfs etc. So how does one successfully play when there are so many glitches one can't even buy food let alone level up?

But I guess your right its "childish" to expect the website to be properly maintained and not have it take weeks on end to recieve BD that takes them merely seconds to accept the REAL money for, its "childish" to expect that concerns/issues be dealt with maturely and in a reasonable time frame.

Not receiving what you have paid for is a totally separate issue, and there are procedures to deal with that, and again if you are not happy with the length of time that takes, you can complain through paypal, or allpass.

This thread and the petition aren't about that though.

Are you saying they aren't doing all they can to resolve the issues with the site? If you are what to you think a petition will do, as obviously they don't care about it. If they are doing all they can to resolve the issues, the being a grown up you expect sometimes to have to wait, and be patient.

Or you can stamp you feet like a child, and demand it now.

Um you do realise that this is their job, right? While signing up for this site is free, they count on the fact that most people who stick around will eventually invest real money. So of course they want people to stick around and provide a service that will make want people to stick around.

Also, there are ads on this site. The reason why companies pay for having their ads placed on this site is people who stick around.

So to answer your question: they might have better things to do than provide us with a "free" game, but in the end it is what puts their food on their table.

The money from ads is based on page views, all that counts is people visiting the site, and preferably new people as it gives you a wider market audience.

And yes they do want people to invest real money in the site, otherwise there wouldn't be a site, so they will be doing all they can to solve problems, so whining about it isn't any real incentive to fix it, making a success and earning money is.

Grown ups tend to have patience, children on the whole do not.

And as I've said do you think they are not working on the bugs? Why not just leave them to get on and fix the bugs, and be grateful the site is up at all.

patience from what ive heard people have been stuck on level 23 for months now all because they dont have enough clothes. when you go on ma bimbo its more than enough clothes its not any bugs the whole site is just better. I dont think its anything wrong with people wanting equal treatment

Made a statement, that if you cared to read the forums, you would have noticed that the Admin have the site have already provided you with a place to address any bugs which you have.

You aren't using those channels, but whining instead.

So why don't you get over it and use the proper channels like an adult?

Perhaps Wal-Mart isnâ€™t the best example. As you tend to go to a store to specifically purchase something; intent or not. I believe a better example of the issue is to look at this whole thing from a Casino. There is a reason as to why the drinks are free.

I honestly believe this site (as many others), is a gamble. It is a free site. You are welcome to check it out and even play. As a â€œgamingâ€ site that is free, bugs/glitches are bound to happen. If you get roped in and spend real money, thatâ€™s fine but you should have thought about the consequences prior to.

Think of flipping a coin over some sort of grate. Youâ€™ve been warned that the coin may fall into the grate, but you continue to do it anyway. Odds are 50% in your favor â€“same thing with the site. There is a 50% chance it might be working sans glitches. So anyway, you flip the coin and it drops into the grate, do you complain? It was a 50/50 chance.

Shelly there is no point to this. You are posting on a thread that the majority of people who are looking at it agree with the topic. It is obvious you don't agree and your opinion matters, but remember so does everyone else's. You have made valid statements, but with the thread topic you are greatly outnumbered and making enemies with every post. Although this is not an issue that effects your playtime, it is one that effects others. I personally have problems every once in a while, but nothing to keep me from enjoying my experience. However I do believe that if you are paying money to use the site to it's full potential (which you are going to have to eventually do in order to level up) than it should be able to run at full potential. I'm not here to fuel the argument, I just want to let you know Shelly that some battles are not worth fighting.
