"My Items" Problam

I just wanted to let you know that I used the contact button way down at the bottom of the screen in the pink bar, you almost can't find it.  But you can open a support e-mail and a moderator will get back to you.  Be very specific about your problem and they will credit your account for missing items or other problems. 

As for the kitty litter, I think that it is like the exercise bike or the gym card in that you only have to buy it once and once you use it, you can just keep using it.  At least I have been saying clean my kitty and it then says that I am cleaning my kitty for 30 minutes.  I have only bought the one kitty litter.  Try just clicking on 'clean my pet' and see if it works.
