Ok so I'm feeing my bimbo water and veges everyday and she is gaining weight everyday so i bought the bike... and it depbted my account the $100 but I cna't find the bike anywhere... Plese help!!!

yesterday i bought some items from the shop, food and beverages and they don't appear in my items.
but they took my money!
i'm so upset, i'm thinking to not buy anything else until they guaranty that they fix the problem. i want my money or my items back, or both!

I need to know how many of you have recovered their items lost or if they give you a Reimbursement. please send me an email, i want to know if the administrators are listen to us and if they really care the users, cause we are the ones who give they the promotion and attract more people to the site and we count.

I spent $241 yesterday on 3 shirts and a strawberry and got none of it. I posted a few times under the known bugs and glitches thread and never got a response. I really need to feed my bimbo and will be upset if she dies due to bugs.

Okay, we need some feedback here from someone who knows what is going on. Every forum topic I have seen on this is closed and re-directed here, but there is no solution offered, or even a 'we are working on it' or anything. I lost a couple of soya milks and two gym memberships at least and my necklace and scarf are gone, even though they were saved as part of an outfit. Let's see some response, ANY response would be good.

I also used all of my money to buy a gym card yesterday. The $300 was deducted from my Bimbo Dollars, but I never received my gym membership in "my items"

I have the same problem. First I paid for bike and I didn't get it, but I paid for it again and now I have it.
I paid $300 for Gym's subscription, but it isn't in My items, so I bought it again and again I can't see it in my items. I lost $700...

No you shouldn't be concerned. It might take several weeks for an admin to get back to you since people are flooding their email box sending several emails. So please don't do that so they might read them faster, and they don't lose their time on things they have already read.

Now did you try to delete your browser cache AND cookies as it has been suggested?

Yes, I cleared cache... I even loged in another computer and have the same problem. I'm stuck in level for and missing 300 Bimbo Dollars, I can't spend the money I have because I don't know if its going to dissapear again :S

my kitty liter, i bought it, it showed up, when i goto my items, the kitty litter is there....but

it says on the item "this card already used" i had just bought it, but whatever

i threw it out, and bought another one, it says the same thing... "card already used"

I have not changed my kitty box, and i need to!!! shes not too happy

i havent really seen anyone else with this glitch except one other girl

how do i fix this??
