I also have this problem, I just bought a GYM card, the money was deducted but the item doesn't appear in My Items page. Please give either my GYM card or my money back please.......

I'm having the same problem. It took me 3 days to FINALLY save up for the gym membership, and it just took my $300 BD. AND i tried to buy an orange, that didn't show up either.
You guys should totally give us our money back, so we can buy the needed things to level up.
Now i have to wait ANOTHER 3 days to save up, when its not my fault. Oyyyy. ;|||

I've had the same problem as well- I tried to buy the steak and chips, but it just took the money and didn't give me the item.

It was really bad when I signed up for the game and didn't know what was going on- at the time, I couldn't get into the forums and I couldn't remember if I had clicked to buy stuff or not. (I ended up resetting my bimbo when the site was a bit more stable.) DX

I JUST NOTICED SOMETHING ELSE.

I fed her a banana first thing this morning.. I had bought it before today.. and I fed it to her.. and her hunger did NOT go down.

I will be really mad if she dies and I have to reset my account because of something that is not my fault.

Same problem. Bought ice cream *twice* today and the money was deducted without putting the ice cream in My Items. It's not that much money (not like a gym membership - I sympathize!!), but I don't know when to try again. My bimbo is underweight and getting unhappy. (And I "sold" water in the Market today without ever getting my money.) Maybe things will be working tomorrow. Thanks to the admins and the mods for continually working to iron out the bugs.

Yesterday I bought soda (soy milk and water were sold out) from the shop but it did not appear in my items. I tried one more time and it still did not appear. But 20 bimbo dollars was retracted from my account.
