"My Items" Problam

Hello.I bought food for my beloved Bimbo. But it doesn't show in the list of "my items"' though I did pay on it, and I know that for a fact because the game took the money, without giving the food.

Same thing happened to me, i bought 2 can of pop, steak and chips, and 2 doggy candys and only the can of pop came yet took money for all the rest aswell!

I also just purchased a few items that did not show up. My money decreased but no items appeared. I tried to buy 3 breads, 2 oranges, ice cream, a pear and a cereal bar. I only received the cereal bar.

I HAVE HAD SAME PROBLEM NOT TO MENTION I BOUGHT A LARGE WARDROBE TO HOLD MORE STUFF AND IT HAS TOOK THE 1000 BD FOR THAT TOO I AM SUPPOSED TO BE PUTTING ON WEIGHT FOR MY GOAL SEEMS LIKE EVERY GLITCH IN THIS PROGRAMME HAPPENS AT THE SAME TIME AS I NEED TO BE DOING SOMETHING I AM NOW WONDERING HOW TO GET IN TOUCHE WITH AN ADMIN BEX X I WOULD ALSO LIKE SOME SORT OF REFUND I HAVE SPENT REAL CASH ON BUYING BIMBO DOLLARS NOT FOR THEM TO FRITER AWAY IN GAME PROBLEMS

I just bought 7 cans of pop that didnt show up! My money was taken, but no cola!! I thought it wasnt registering and I didnt realize my money was being taken! HELP!!

I also tried buying two pares and an orange...Those items dont show either. I had no problem buying steak and chips or veggies, but for some reason certain items arent transfering over. The game still takes my money though sad

Same here. I wasted BD trying to buy about half a dozen cans of soda (including one from the market) that never appeared in my items. Since the milk and water are currently sold out and I can't buy her any soda, my thirsty Bimbo is not amused. hein

You could try logging off, clearing your browser cache, and coming back to see if the problem is gone.

If that doesn't do it, try again, but also delete the cookies your browser has for www.missbimbo.com and www2.missbimbo.com.

You shouldn't have to do this, but it does clear up some of the problems with things coming and going and not updating.

Please post back whether that worked for you or not.

I finally make enough money to buy a gym membership card, the game takes my $300, but no card in my items. I really want to move up to the next level. Please help!

I bought two lots of kiwi's for £16, money was taken but i did not get the items. Is there anything that can be done about this? I would prefer the money refunded as i have now fed my bimbo something else but i dont mind just having the items.

I looked at the cookies, they now go from www.missbimbo.com all the way up to www6.missbimbo.com.

Deleting them did make my problems go away, but only for a few minutes.

Update, now it is totally messed up. I bought 17 items in the store to re-sell, and none of them showed up. I tried clearing the cache and cookies, but that didn't fix it.

I got messages earlier this morning about MYSQL, and I think their database is messed up. Maybe Mysql can't handle this many users all at once?

Anyway, it is a bug, and they should fix it, and then they should give us the stuff we paid for.
