And then I walked away, thinking that she will never talk to me. Like what were you thinking? Bringing up the band, You would've Got a better result if you would've just beat her up and ran. You shouldn't of worn your glasses, take your shirt up out your pants. See now it's all over and you won't get another Chance. dang. I was so close to her, and then I felt a hand on my shoulder.

Re: How Skinny/Light Is Too Much??

The thing with BMI is that as someone mentioned previously is it doesnt take into account muscle mass or bone mass (i.e the frame and proportions of your body etc) so athletes who are basically made out of muscle would appear to be overweight on the bmi scale. A much healthier option is to get your fat percentage measured (some scales will do this, or you can get it done at a gym etc). Measuring your fat percentage is also veryyyy important if you intend to lose weight so u can keep track of whether you are losing fat or not (in most cases if it is done improperly you could be losing muscle or just water). For example currently im at 166cm height, 54kg and body fat of 20.3 which i wanna get down to 19% so i dont really pay that much attention to what the scale says, rather than what my body fat measurement says. Theres a table below taken from my favourite source, wikipedia:P :

Description          Women    Men
Essential fat    12–15%    2–5%
Athletes            16–20%    6–13%
Fitness            21–24%    14–17%
Acceptable      25–31%    18–25%
Obese            32%+    25%+

Bottom line is get healthy not just smaller!!smile

I'm 5'1, and i'm 114 pounds..
I wear normally, a size one, to a size 3. Depending on Fabric.
Do I weigh too much, or too little?

(American sizes)

I'd say that you're just about right for your height.  I'm taller and an english 8-10 wich is 4-6 in america (if those sizes exist, I'm not sure).  As long as you look healthy and eat healthily your weight and size shouldn't matter too much, everyone's built differently.

Do bimbos die if you never feed them? or are they allowed to be anorexic?

Bimbos can become quite ill when not fed properly. I was reading another post earlier I belive that sickness sets in when your bimbo is less than 100 pounds. The bimbo that was under discussion puposly allowed her bibmo to fall under 90 pounds and 96 % sickness. Her bimbo was in a wheelchair and had an IV, and many thought that without serious intervention she would die. Many posters are under the impression that she did it on purpose. At any rate, it does appear that bibmbos can die and that they are NOT allowed to become anorexic.

Ok bimbo's can basically "die". I had it happen to me, I wasn't on for a long time (mind you this was quite soon after i joined and didn't realise it could happen)
Then I got an email telling me my bimbo was dead and I could Re-set my account and begin the game again or (i sort of forget the second option) but I think it was pay bimbo dollars to go back to the way I was before and not begin the game over again.

Also the BMI scale is crap, it doesn't take into account your age or muscle mass. You could be a lot heavier but have a lot of muscle on you. Also it doen't consider metabolism rate, so some people have faster metabolisms and burn a lot more calories (therefore losing weight more easily).

i was just about to write the same thing seriously if your healthy and happy it shouldnt matter what others think of you it breaks my heart to see girls who say they are fat wake up and take a look at the real world and not the magazines, celebrities, supermodels etc not many real women are a size 0 (not that i am critising those who are)

Everyone: Eating disorders take over a lot of things in your life (and can even take your life; approximately 1 out of every 30 people affected with an eating disorder dies because of the disorder or complications relating to the disorder).
So, uh, don't get an eating disorder.
Just eat healthy and exercise, and whatever weight you are after that, it's probably your normal weight. And talk to doctors if you have any concerns.

Re: How Skinny/Light Is Too Much??

Sure it depends a lot... I'm a medical student and I know what's healthy for me. I'm kinda skinny but that's my body frame, I'm 5´6 and 119 pounds... and I'm 20 years old. But I'm healthy and full of energy and I eat quite well. So it all depends on how people feel.

content4  Big hugs to you SMS!!! If only all men thought the same as you...the world would be a better place for girls that are worried about being a size 6.  content4

And just for that post I'm gonna give you tons of cred! yay!!!

Why would the world be a better place if all men encouraged women to be overweight? To be overweight is not healthy and it is destructive to encourage someone to be overweight.

hmm well its also destructive to encourage people to be underweight...trust me i know... bullying started while i was losing weight. not only did i GAIN weight, i had 2 see a shrink and dropped at least a grade in every subject and 2 grades in science (thank god managed to get it back up to a C before GCSEs. men should encourage women to be HAPPY with their weight rather then a rake or to fat...whats to fat to you? wats to skinney to you? it is better to be a size 16 (UK) and happy rather then size 2 unhappy.... its what the individual feels comfortable with.

I'm sorry, but you can't use the excuse you were being bullied as the reason you dropped a grade in all your GSCEs. I had alot going on when I was taking my GSCEs, but I still tryed my hardest to get good grades.

But I do agree that aslong as you are happy with your body and healthy then it doesn't matter what size you are. People that are fat and unhealthy and do nothing towards making them healthy make me so angry.  mad

You can teach your metabolism NOT to slow down. Your metabolism only slows down if you make crazy diets and still lead a sedentary life. You gotta exercise and have your body properly toned and active for it not to slow. It's not only hormonal or anything.

My mom and I have the same body frame but she put more weight on when she was my age, because she never did half the sports I did or walk as much as I walk everyday. And I know I'm still going to have a different body from hers when I get her age, despite pregnancies and all, just because I lead a totally different lifestyle. It's not as if she's fat or anything; same genetic background, but you can have a healthier body with a healthier lifestyle!

Also I'm always trying to put on weight because I want to have a decent fat reserve to enhance fertility. Women who are too skinny are putting their future babies at risk!
