My middle name is Leigh and Leigha is the nickname I always wanted and never got (both my brothers go by their middle names).  23 has a double meaning: it's Michael Jordan's number    and my birthday is on the 23rd.  When I started going online about 15 years ago, I chose Leigha23 and its stuck around ever since.
