"Lump" - Presidents of the United States of America
At the time I thought it was the coolest rock song I'd ever heard. Actually, I'm still pretty fond of that whole album - really catchy stuff!

Ok, I'm a little embarrased about this one but...
MmmBop - Hanson

its not a particular song but a specific artist...BRANDY! it feels like she defined the 90s to me because thats about when i started listening to music and having crushes on boys and that was around the same time she started releasing music!
her music was good (well back then anyway lol) !

Just an amazing song, and albim and band. 14 years later and I still listen to it on a regular basis and it always sounds fresh and new and awesome to me.

my favorite song from the 90's was regulators by warren g when I hear it play it just reminds
me of the times when me and all my friends would just hang out on my front porch and act crazy for hours during the summer
Warren G!!!! that reminds me of smoking cigarettes in my best friend at the times basement talking about boys and sneaking out to meet boys and all that fun adolescent stuff.

Dramamine - Modest Mouse
I was really young when it came out, but a couple of summers ago I went through a Modest Mouse phase (now they're one of my favourites) and I would listen to it on the way to the beach when my sister and her boyf would take me. my sister's boyf and her went out for like 11 years or something, and he was like my big brother, and I kind of get sad when I listen to this song because they broke up, and I hardly see him any more

Backstabber - The Dresden Dolls
This song reminds me that it's natural to feel hate against a betrayal. Sometimes I forget that I'm not perfect, and that my emotions are normal.
This song didn't come out in the 90's. It is on their most recent album...

Ohhhh.... I love 90's music and don't think I could pick just one favorite!
Heart Shaped Box- Nirvana
My friends and i were obsessed about Kurt Cobain and went to Seattle to visit the house where he killed himself (so sad) and to get in the "mood" we listened to Heart Shaped Box over and over and over.

Oh, another 90's song I love, but I don't remember it FROM the 90's is Popular by Nada Surf, it just reminds me of this phase my friend went through when the movie John Tucker Must Die came out, she sang it constantly and now I love it!
