They will give you less money than you paid for it because each day it loses about half the cost of renting it (example: rent a day cost 100 BD, each day your bought appartment lose 50 BD value).

No, if you buy it you get the BA without paying everyday...that´s all the benefits it will give you.

Later you can sell it but they will give you less money than which you paid. Each day the appartment loses a half the rent cost....for example: you buy a house and its renting cost is 100 BD a day....so each day it loses 50 BD value.

I think it´s better to rent. You can save more when you need to and you can change of apartment when a goal ask you.

If you buy it you get the BA it gives daily without paying the rent. So if you stay enough days in the appartment you bought at the end of a long long time you will be saving money.

But the truth is that goals ask to change of appartment several times and selling one after you paid it means that you will not recover all the money you invest in it. It loses everyday half the rent cost, for example:

You buy an appartment with a rent cost per day of 100 BD, each day since you bought it, the value will decrease in 50 BD.

So it´s better to just rent them

Ever notice how you get less and less BA for every BD as they go up?

For a studio you get 1.43BA per $1
1 rm it's   1.67BA/$1
2rm,          .96BA per $1
3rm           .456BA/$1
villa           .297 BA/$1
Palace        .168BA / $1

Yea, I get that but sheesh, .168 BA for every dollar you spend??? Higher you go the more they try to force you to spend money. It's fun though, I've spent $20 so far, but I'm going to save, save, save. I like the game because it's like life, in a way, you can have good saving/spending habits or you can be impulsive and impatient lol.


edited to say- level 10 wants me to break up with my boyfriend but I'm not going to do it until I pass my 12 days of secretary training. I might as well hang out on this level and make some BA, BD while I wait for the training.
