I wish there was a rent-to own strategy here so I can get the palace now. T.T  I believe you get the same amount of BD daily whether you rent or own though.

You do get money back when you sell an apartment; and this will be a depreciated amount to that which you first paid when you bought it. You do not receive any money though when you stop renting an apartment.

I think a lot of people would end up in debt because they would not anticipate wanting to spend money on clothes and such I think if you don't have the money, you shouldn't be allowed to spend it XD
