LOL How do you think I came about the "buy, don't rent" strategy?... Rick and Kathy taught me well!

Yes, but you will get less than you paid for it. It decreases a little each day in value (it decreases about half of what it would have cost to rent). But in the meantime you get all that great BA!!

Yes...FYI, when you do the math you get the most BA for the BD if you buy the 10,000BD apartment vs. the other ones. So if gaining BA is your goal, I would go with that one...the other one for 5,000 BD isn't bad either (compared to the cost of going to the salon etc) if you don't want to wait to save 10K.

Thanks everyone. I saw some good answers. The forum helped.

I really want to buy an apartment now, just for the BA, because that is what is holding me back from leveling up ._.'' Grr why does the Three-roomed flat have to cost 100,000 BD how annoying.

Jess - I'm sure you've thought about all the choices, but you might want to buy the one-room flat for now and sell it later. If it follows the depreciation schedule the other places do, it probably only loses about 20 BD a day in value and for that money you get 70 BA. 70 BA doesn't sound like much, but that's a *lot* of dancing at the club!! And over time, it'll add up when you aren't even paying attention to it.

Well, in about four days (without having an apartment) I should have enough BA to level up to 15. And I'm pretty sure I will complete all the goals for level 15 on the first day I get on to it, so I should be on level 16 in about five days. I think I can wait that long to buy an apartment

i OWN a small villa, can anybody beat that?

ok please forgive my lack of understanding i just brought a place i think i may have to move up soon in a different level when i leave it do i have to sell it or can i keep it and rent another?
Offline
Nope sorry you have to sell your apartment (but you will get alot of the money back) I think it is something like your apartment will depreciate by 1/2 the value of the rent??? Not sure on that part but you will definatly have to move out and then rent the one for your level.

heyy people when do you move out of your parents house? what game day?
Offline

You move out when you choose an apartment to move into. It is not automatic.
You can go to the estate agents in the city and choose one that is suitable for your level and budget. Remeber the rent will be taken out every day weather you have enough bimbo dollars or not so if you are getting low on cash move out before you find yourself in the negitives.
