Go to The City, Estate Agent and choose somewhere to move to. All the rent and buying prices are there.

I know that there are several apartment related goals and I'm on lvl 17 right now. I was wondering if I got the most expensive one now (I belive it's called Big Palace) if that goal would be complete by the time I reach lvl 21.
