Nope!

But make sure your level doesn't require you to be in an apartment for your goal. Otherwise if you leave the apartment, it'll say your goal isn't achieved.

If you are renting the apartmant,of course you cannot sell it

I left my apartment after i had passed the goal on level 1 i think it was so now technically im "living with my parents". To pass level 5 i need to rent or buy a "better apartment" so would that mean i could rent the studio again or do i have to rent the one bedroomed flat?? (Sorry im trying to save money here:P). Any advice??

JoJo, I'd rent the level 2 apartment, the one bedroom.

You could try renting the studio and see if it says "goal achieved". Post back here if it works, because I'd be surprised.

hey LOquence, as i said im trying to save money cuz i blew most of it bying two gym cards cuz they didnt work at the time so i didnt even try it i went straight for the level 2 apartment:P thanks anyway!!! smile

Depends on the house. You get the same amount of BA as you would for renting it.

The 1-bedroom flat will get you the most daily BA per BD, so it's the best deal if you can afford it.

if i start to rent a flat today, do i get my BA immediately or do i have to wait til tomorrow before i sart to get it?

I am preeetty sure you have to wait until the next game day.
Such as with boyfriends and jobs;
you don't get the initial 'payment' the day you 'get' them; you have to wait until the following day.
