it does, but BA also helps too. overall, it's a bit of everything. but an expensive outfit will help you edge out over someone whose BA is close to you.

It really bugs me that I've been flirting every day for a week now and I still haven't got a new boyfriend. I hope tomorrow is a better day so I can finally level up..

Just to elaborate...I read somewhere else on forum that the pumpkin and witch skirts didn't fit right and were dropped or never added to Nine's - don't remember which. The skirts you see on page 1 are other black skirts that have been pressed into Halloween service just to be able to finish the outfit even though they weren't originally Halloween designs.

At least I think that's the explanation...
