Physical altercation, yes. Fists, not so much. My brother and I get along well now, but we didn't so much when we were younger.

YES!
Twice actually. I was walking under an underpass and a bunch of pigeons were sitting above me. One of them let er rip and It was all over the knee of my pants. Worse still, I was walking to school so I had to endure a day of humiliation!
second time was when we went on a school canoeing trip, and the boys in my class were having a water fight and one of them chucked a bunch of water at a group of seagulls and then all flew up and one bird pooped on my foot. GROSS! We had to like tilt the canoe to avoid other falling packages and another girl fell out.

Not once. I've had guys try to convince me that I should (I have words for them that I can't repeat here...), but I never have.
