Metal and Hard Rock

i love this music. my favorite bands is : BTMH, Iron Maiden , Guns n roses , Escape the fate , metallica , ramones...

Judas Priest and Iron Maiden for me... I'm more of a Led Zeppelin /Velvet Underground /Rolling Stones girl

I must rather do an appearance

I likes mainly deathmetal, melodeathmetal and trashmetal
Like in flames, death (yes its a band), Motörhead
im allso into various symohonic bands, i was like many others devastated when they kicked tarja out and hired that little voiceless sweedish girl. I prefer the oldest songs from nightwish their last album with tarja, once, was a bit too pop-ish for me.
I fool around with the genres as i please, but i do not go near black metal.
I allso have a fling for celtic music but theres no bands in specific that impresses me.

Allso i can say that i absolutely hate nu/new-metal, so dont go all "omg slipknot is so cool" on me unless you want your head chopped off  

Allso i am the leader of the Metalheads cleek here on missbimbo with home in the grown ups vip lounge, in there you can see a large band list, and smaller individual band lists like mine during the thread. Some peoples ideas of what is metal/hard rock make me    But I shall not judge! (But I hate nu-metal/metalcore/most of the stuff they have on headbangers ball...)

Metal is what I live for, so I just had to post here! My fave bands are Pantera, Down, Iron Maiden, Iced Earth, Testament (I am seeing them soon!), Decapitated, Dissection, Amon Amarth,  Emperor, Deicide, Meshuggah....

Metal is fun. But I don't apprecciate most of the bands listen by whoever started this topic.
I'm more of a punk rocker I guess. I like 80s emotive hardcore. (The ORIGINAL emo bands)

These are all variations of punk rock, not metal. However, I would 100% consider my music a LOT heavier, wilder, harder, more intense (etc.) than these 'metal' bands.

I'm that chick who glares at people who try to say My Chemical Romance or Fall Out Boy are emo or metal. And then threaten to eat their firstborn.

Breakdowns, cookie monster vocals, windmilling, death kicks, mosh pits, circle pits, crowd surfing, head banging, circle banging, hardcore dancing, skanking, pickin up pennies, and intense 7 minute guitar solos are essential to my continued happiness.

I love anything around Rock, Metal and Gothic including Death Metal and stuff.

But I'm not Metal. I just like the music.

Lol I remember this one time me and a friend were walking outside a metal concert just when it ended and all the poeple came out. And a guy was like "*points at us* Look look they're not Metal! Let's beat them up!!"

I mainly like Epic and Heavy Metal, but I listen everything from Led Zeppelin to Burzum and stuff, lately i've been listening to a lot of thrash metal and melodeath.
