I know i copy this idea to the french version
however i still understand french a little bit
so i change it
there was also a thread like this made by mydolliscute is try to join
there but she said i can create mine because nobody has replying on it
so here is it

Rules

*The artist should reply on someone post about
  the banner they request and tell she/he will work on it
*three days should be enough of finishing the work
  so if the banner is not yet finshed you can post again about your request
* the request should like this
color:
type of banner or design:
size:
avatar or signature or etc:
with animation or none:
The text you want
size of text
*no double posting of request




the artist can also post the signatures or banner they make so other diva can see how good is that artist
if you want a specific user to make that you should pm that person instead here

excuse me for any wrong things i put you can tell me that too
I am not so expert about writing here

as much as possible not here
