I thought that it was supposed to look like he was raising one eyebrow, and the other one was behind the rim of his glasses? Cause if you notice; the rim of the lense closest is a lot bolder around the top than the other, soo...yeah I don't know, I guess only the artist can answer this one for sure lol  lol

The New Zealand Flag is showing now.  If you click Bank, than instead of clicking other payment, click on the SMS by the Paypal Link.  Never mind, I mistook the Australia Flag for New Zealand.  I didn't realize they looked so much alike.  Have you tried using one of the country flags that are closest to you?
