As for your questionnnn...yes, you do need to find a new bf on level 13!
Remember just to dress your bimbo in expensive clothes, have her hunger & thirst at 0% and her happiness at 100%, try putting her in an apartment for one day....all could possibly help you find her a partner quicker!

You need to go to the City, then click on the Club, and then click on the button that says 'Go Flirting!'. This is how you will (eventually) find your bimbo a boyfriend.
You have one opportunity each day to try this.
Sometimes, your bimbo will not find a boyfriend straight away. This is not a glitch, it is simply a part of the game. You will just have to wait until the next day, and try again.
You will have to keep doing this every day, until eventually you find a boyfriend ^^

The Blueberry Approach

For those not familiar, blueberries are bad about short-term stains. If you are having trouble breaking up with your boyfriend, some stains might help. You can post about garlic in the Forum, and talk about eating blueberries. If you do, though, leave the post up only long enough to break up with the boyfriend. Delete your post before trying to get a new boyfriend, because they do read in the Forum, too. Or at least look at the pictures.

(Umm ... this post is playfully intended, and not meant to be taken seriously, as much as we would all like more control over losing and winning boyfriends. In life we don't appreciate things which come too easily. Games are the same way, really. I think the creators have been very wise in building in little roadblocks and challenges.)

There may be, but, as with everything over level 20, this is considered to be something you will have to wait to find out for yourself! It is against the game rules to ask or tell about anything that occurs after level 20, that is why it isn't written in any of the forum threads ^^
