You just have to wait 100 day to pass your level 12, but you can reach the 100th day before, as you can do the surgeries before they ask for it

go to the "beauty" tab at the top of the screen, at click on the "go" button beside the beauty specialist, and then thE "UV room" and then the "gumming" and lastly, click "pay" at the bottom left hand of the screen

EDIT: it makes you whiter/fairer

By the way, juding from your skintone, you will need two body scrubs, one to get you back to your original skintone and another to get you one tone whiter than the original.
oh. and you can only do that once a day.. so do it once today, another tomorrow and you will pass your goal

That's the right place, but you're still too pale, you need another tanning session to achieve the goal.

You can check the total number of posts that you have below your username in your posts (Eg "Posts: xx"). So your current position in the forum is "bimb'New" because you only have 4 posts till now.
