mods...i was wondering if you could tell us how to go about getting the stuff we payed for that didn't end up in our closet? i've read through the alot of the posts but i didn't see any response as to how we need to go about getting our stuff?? is there nothing that we can do?

i didn't recieve the pink or red bow that i bought for my dog,

on the bottom of your screen go to contact and then click on where it says support.

i bought the pink dress ($599) from nine's and it never showed up in my room, I've gone back and tried to buy it again and it says I already have it but it's no where to be found. I went back and checked my room and now I have the claret-coloured dress($499) which I didn't buy...help!!!!

I know I didn't spend anywhere near what many others have, but I bought a black headband for 45 BD and it isn't showing up. Probably being borrowed by my computer, cyber-bimbo that she is (yes, my computer is a "she", which explains why she gets tempramental every now and then) :-)
Anyway, if someone could find it for me, that would be great. It's part of an outfit that I'm building.
