You get a body scrub in the beauty section.  You click on the second option, then go to the UV room, then click the table that's across from the tanning bed.  It's labelled 'gumming' on the wall.

Go to Nine and buy a dress, go to your room, put it on your bimbo and save the outfit, and that should work.
On your left menu, you have a link "challenge", under your inbox, there you can see if someone have challenged you, and you have a ist of 30 random bimbos that you can challenge. Click on challenge, choose a stake (it will be easier with a no stake challenge) and click on go. Wait that the other bimbo accept the challenge to see it.
