And the thing is: Go to the city, there to the job centre and click on the trainning of baker that you can see there. You will need 50 bimbo dollars and after 3 days (be sure to log in every of those days) you will be a baker and have the goal passed.

Yes, that is the max you can get at the Library, however you can continue to get iq points by playing the games - check out my iq    I don't mean for that to sound like a brag, just wanted to show you it's possible for your iq to go well above 200. 

can you get up to 200 iq at the library? when i go there i only get about 0.3. xox

In the library it´s normal to win 0,1 or so each time you go. What they wanted to say is that once you have a total of 200 IQ the library will not give you more so you can only win more playing games.
