Hi I don't know what to do but I contacted support on January 31st about my Bimbo money being gone. Does anyone know how long it generally takes for them to get back to you because this is getting old fast. I had hundreds of thousands of dollars and now I have under $7000. I've been playing for years and I've never had a problem...this is ridiculous
