I do not understand why people would want to do that to themselves though, if you know what's going to happen.
When I was in a youth movement, people would do the same thing but with salt and then puke their brains out. I was always like 'hell no!' when someone wanted me to do it.

No way, I would be even worse haha. It's not the taste that makes it horrible, cinnamon is quite nice actually. Have you ever had a teaspoon of cinnamon? I tried it once when I was dieting since its apparently an appetite suppressant. It felt like someone had poured sand down the back of my throat. It's such tiny particles that you basically inhale it and it feels like you're dying. Considering how much she took the whole back of her throat woud have been coated in cinnamon.
