LOL - slightly harsh, but soo true. I thought my first response - top of page 7 - was, at the very least, minimally entertaining. But I suppose my brand of humor gets lost on many of the players here. (oh well) Sorry that this post won't be amusing, but I have an original thought - I think - so that has to count for something. (I say "I think" because I only read all the posts in this thread, not all the others from other recent updates, etc.)

Make it clear that suggestions, complaints, even 'thank you's' - the 5 you get , etc. go in the Update thread and anyone who wants to play along and/or entertain us should post in the MB/BB thread. Something like that. PLEASE? Because I really want to be amused, but I don't want to have to read through 20 pages of whining/weightless threats/repetitive comments/etc. for the 5 posts that truly made me LOL...

some very interesting points raised here. And some good ideas. perhaps worth a try the poll.

One point is that we never know when the black bimbo will strike if you know what i mean. Lets hope she doesn't and miss bimbo is flushing her head down the toilet as we speak but I guess its unrealistic to ask her to do a polite poll when she is hacking into the site in order to take it down and turn it black.

I suspect we are going to have to put up with some 'sheep' like posters who enjoy posting the same comments week in week out at some level. And i guess we just have to hope with time the more creative and interesting people will also be able to express themselves and have some fun without feeling drowned out by the docile ones.

Another frustrating misconception and therefore 'tedious comment' to me that i must put up with daily is the feeling by many that the bimbos are customers. 'you should listen to your customers' is another comment to go on my list.

This is annoying to me not because I am not grateful to anyone that spends money but  because by now it should be obvious that money is of secondary importance to us. Its more important that we are doing something different. Doing something new. Doing something entertaining albeit unscripted and not to everyone's tastes!

If it works then money will come. great. if it doesn't then money will not. No problem at least we tried.

But to me i see the bimbos as fellow actors, participants and audience members as opposed to a customer. Its not overly important about who has or has not spent money. As a business we are lucky because we don't need, rely or overly care about the monies miss bimbo does or does not bring in right now. We can afford to experiment and have fun. yes the economics must work long term but for now its about doing something different and fun.

the question is how to involve everyone and not simply have 'sheep' like comments  about the same things every time there is an announcement. We cant ban sheep but on the other hand we also find them stifling and repetitive.

To me this situation is like somebody chosing to go to the theatre of their own free will and then standing up half way through the show shouting 'hang on - boring. finish the show we know its fake. Stop lying and stop cheating your customers you mental idiot or i will go and watch another show. But instead of leaving then sitting down only to repeat again and again every 15 mins.'

And people are writing the same thing over and over again because you do not seem to get it and to show that there are not "5-10%" not believing in your little story, but much more than that. You provoke the players to do so, you provoke the people by treating us like idiots.

If you plan it as some kind of roleplay and see us as actors, tell us it's a roleplay from the very beginning and behave as if the average player is 19 years old (as stated in the rather outdated MissBimbo wiki).
