Bebe92583, I absolutely understand your idea and it's great but what I meant to say is that they want to make needing bimbos buy bd with real money and this way most that are able to do it will use your idea of a loan bank instead of buying with real money.

They don't want this. We may only hope for ideas being accepted if they are contributing to their pockets. The player themes are one of them since they pay  virtual money to the player designers (I hope they do at lest this) and they get a lot of nice clothes in store that make a lot of bimbos buy bd in case of buying them.
