I don't think there is anyway to know for sure. I can't imagine anybody real saying HEY YA'LL I'M SUPER FAMOUS PERSON! I mean if people believed you you would never be alone.
You forgot about the people that are best friends with celebrities on here. Like the person that claimed to be Justin Bieber's best friend, and was trying to give proofs.

We will know this only if the owners pay a celebrity to play here and announce it in public. So I can't see this happening in the near future or even happening at all.
If I was a celebrity I wouldn't have announced it here in any way, this would ruin the game for me.

People pretending to be famous people is always a problem with games like this. I once had a run-in with some deranged girl on another site who kept insisting that she was Selena Gomez. I told her that I was Victoria, princess of Sweden, and she believed me.
They just want attention, so it's best just to ignore people if they say that they're Justin Beiber or Selena Gomez.
