My Minecraft Project

Time for a different type of art, this time in the form of blocks.

I've started to work on trying to build a castle on minecraft so I'll be posting updates on what I'm doing, but first I'll show you some houses that I've build ^_^

Ooh, Minecraft! I know a lot of people play that game - but I haven't been able to play myself.

This looks beautiful and impressive though. Am especially liking the fountain at the base of the staircase. How long did it take you to make this much?

Well the outter wall itself took my 8 hours to do over two days. Yesterday on the inside I spent since 4pm to around 10/11pm working on it. So it has taken...quiet a lot of hours so far.

Yeah I love the fountians, I'm thinking of pushing the throne room our a bit more and at both sides on the throne have little fountians/waterfalls as well next to it to bring the 'green' feeling through ^^ Thank you for your comment.

Minecraft is really one of them games that you cant' judge on looks...the graphics are terrible (I'm using a texture pack to make it look better) but the amount of stuff you can build and do within the game is endless.

It looks amazing, I'm on minecraft but I'm still playing on survival mode. I get excited when I build a hut. Your looks great. Are you using the normal textures?

Lol yeah, I'm using Dokucraft exept I'm mixing it up between them. I do play on survival (only at easy because I'm a wuss ;P) but I do have the mod too many items so I can switch in and out of creative mode at will so I can play in this castle after I've build it.

I did have one set up, but due to conflict between mine and my brothers (he tried to set a 2nd one up on our network) we had to delete mine hmm gladly I was working on this in single player.
