Yes, our bimbos could get old- this is based on real life, and aging is unstopable. But to enjoy the young bimbo she could start getting old from like day 1.000 and when she has older face, she can go to some kind of a lifting operation?

I would love it and probably older level bimbos too, it would bring in new levels instead of the usual receive this amount or BA or challenge wins.
Though maybe it should be based on level instead of games days, it would suck if you were a slower player like me (37 days til 1000 games days!!) but were on level 30 or something.

Maybe on a level that's not there yet? You level and your old, and you require a lift. You get puffy cheeks when you eat the cake, or too low weight, sunken checks, red nose. Could they set up it for a level?
