Well said i think.....I admit, i did NOT agree with your previous posts and think you went about it the wrong way, but kudo's for this post and trying to rectify the previous arguments between everyone.
I understand its a business and you need people to put money into it (and i have in the past) but you seem to have understood you went about getting them this time the complete wrong way. I dont think you should roll over and accept abuse, but neither should we so call it even.....maybe think about putting a test group together in the future and see what they think about implementing new features?

That's very admirable of you and I definately agree on most levels.  I apologise for my comments on your lack of professionalism when dealing with the last Bimbo-slaughter-fest (regardless of if my commentary was true at the time or not).
It's a tough and very critical world out there, and I don't always agree with the 'customer is always right' rule; I'm sure you're already aware of all the gung-ho jargon in some markets.  But I do encourage everybody here, admin AND consumer, to grow a thicker skin.
Yes, the bimbos were treated unfairly, but a lot of Bimbo's acted like spoilt brats having their birthday cake pissed all over.  There's nothing wrong with treating people with mutual respect and that's something that absolutely everybody here could do with thinking about once in a while.

Thank you for the apology and now I wont to apologize to you for anything I said that may have hurt you. We ALL acted like children and for that I am sorry and I hope you forgive us. Us bimbo's only lashed out because you changed something without asking us again. We will gladly pay our money if you had found a rational way of doing so that will make us all happy. But non the less us bimbos acted foolishly. Just let us choose ways of helping you make money please dont try to force us to pay our money.

Although I haven't said anything. I apologize for the way some of the players acted because they too were in a state of frustration and anger, just like you. As for the whole standing up for yourself and not letting anyone kick you down, I agree, stand up for yourself when you know you need to however, you should add that from now on, let's openly, maturely, discuss what's going on and what the players would like and what you guys are offering rather than having insults thrown around.

For those players that react immediately in an unappropriated way, you can simply ask them to stay sane and talk it out or even tell them that you will not deal with them if they act the way they're acting. I'm sure a lot of players would agree to not have a heated argument with repetitive comments and insults.

Those players that deleted their accounts - who would hopefully come back - were no longer enjoying the game because of what was going on. If they read this post, I'm sure they'll accept the apology and come back or take some time to think about it.

You have the right to stand up for yourself but it felt like you were mocking the players by your comments (even those that respect you) and even if you were offended, it felt like you were also showing you had power over us and you are allowed say what you want without getting in trouble - "pushing our buttons." But it's all good. We're apologizing.

Thank you for also posting this update, it was a great and mature decision to make to end the hate going around with a thought out point of view. As for some of the players replying with no meaning, atm. Just ignore.

for example if someone says to me something and disagree with it, it's my right to say my own opinion no matter if she/he like it or not..
