Yes. But the main reason they want to implement these changes is the fact that they feel the higher levels have too much money. That is why they want to implement the bodyguard. But the bodyguard is an obligatory function that does not give the player anything in return for the cutback in income. If they changed the boyfriend system at least the players would feel like they have a choice in the matter, they would get something back for it, namely the choice to be independent (or possibly some kind of credit system or BA) and the owners of the site would get what they want, because the income of the higher level players would be restricted.

Maybe not. And if it had been up to me they would have made it a choice for the players themselves to make. But I still think that the current situation is better than the bodyguard solution.

Agreed.  He's my boyfriend, not my husband.  If he's no longer bringing money into the relationship, there's no reason I should have to pay him Alimony.  Especially since all of the boyfriends seem to make a lot more than their level-equivalent bimbos.

the goals that require certain outfits, medical changes, and all that costy what not.... it's very difficult for me to get now. and waiting over a month for job training with no income is horrible....

Go to school, spend half of the day at school and the other half doing homework and chores, then after 30 levels you finally graduate and look for a job in the next 15 levels, since economy is such a bitch nowadays you won't get a job until level 50, you will have boyfriends, none of you will give you a dime since RL boyfriends usually don't support you.
You won't be able to afford cool clothes until you find a job but you will have to spend half of your day working your ass off for minimum wage then you will have to pay rent and pay the services, food, and after other 20 levels you will be promoted with a 10% $$ increase, and so on until you can afford designer stuff.
