Are you not supposed to be able to go to the hair salon three times before it says "wait xx days or buy VIB"? Cause lately I can only go twice and now I just went once and then I couldn't go again. Does anyone else have problems with that?

The thread is from last year, if the user still having problems she probably would have posted again.
