Stop acting like people needs to be told and that they are going to thank you for that. Discussion are welcomed not just preaching. I'm just so tired of stunts. I was stated in the first post in this thread that they are "hit and miss", but I can't think of anything that has ever been a "hit" stunt. What a boring game.

For whatever reason you put this bodyguard you FAILED!

1. If you thought that this will make us buy more bd or VIB, you were wrong! I payed real money to get faster to a level where I will have more bd and I end up being tricked because the higher level you are the less you get after lvl 30 now. A tricked costumer will never ever invest real money again. First - I feel humiliated, second, I fear that you will trick me again, third, I'm not so sure about staying now (before I WAS!) and I will never put real money to a game that I'm not sure I will keep on playing for at lest some years from now.

2. If it was for publicity. You failed! What catches the media is drug abuse, eating disorders, prostitution, abortions, religion offense... Add shocking things like this if you want media attention. Plus a lot will join out of curiosity to see this bad a.ss game. A LOT! Who the hell will join a game that is known for robbing it's players?? That's why I never ever even looked at this s..r d.ll game!

3. If you think that this is funny? Well clearly you are insane.

4. To make more join VIB or buy bd simply introduce NEW features, clothes that will be only for VIBs or will be really bd consuming.

To take our real money away DON"T TAKE AWAY WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE, this will only make us NOT trust you. Instead introduce new things that will make us want and need to buy VIB or BD.

But this is too much work? Why don't you just limit us, well it will not work. You have to do something to get money from us, how can you be so naive? This will only make you lose the income that you already have, even if it's small, it's better than nothing.

REMOVE THE BODYGUARD!

I just want to make a comment about the bodyguards.

Whoever came up with this plan doesn't know their math, and worse, doesn't know statistics and probabilities. I also agree with those that say that you didn't do your research.

The way it stands now, players will be reluctant to go much past level 30. At this point a bimbo goes from no bodyguard and withing 7 levels, you race ahead and add the 3 levels of bodyguard by level 37.    I'm glad I was level 60 and I "own" my house when this was implemented. Even so, the bodyguard is taking 70% of my income - it would be even far worse if I were renting. THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!!   

This bodyguards don't re-balance anything because in 7 levels each bimbo goes from having no bodyguard (and no cost) to a bodyguard costing 3000 BD per day. A level 37 bimbo will be earning for less than a level 30 bimbo. I can only imagine the poor bimbos back at level 37 and how little money they are getting. For all I know, they are might be losing money.

(By the way: please look at Firefly007's comment on the "New feature: The Body Guard!" announcement thread - last comment before the topic was closed - to see how bad the situation is)

I have a couple of recommendations:

Since there are only two significant sources of income (job and boyfriend). I suggest having the need for a bodyguard tied to these two factors, the cost being a percentage of the income of each. For instance, some jobs are more in the public eye than others, therefore would need to have a bodyguard - same for boyfriends.

My other suggestion is that there be some sort of benefit to having a bodyguard such as BA. It doesn't have to be a huge amount, but right now the situation is little more than robbery since players were given absolutely no choice in this matter.

These 2 suggestions are the simplest solution I can think of. 

As a long time gamer (nearly 30 years) I can think of all sorts of interesting things to do with the concept of the bodyguard that would make a bodyguard an advantage to have around and make the game more interesting, but I'm not aware of what kind of programming would be needed to implement the ideas.

Please consider my suggestions. The bodyguard by itself is not a bad idea. It's the way that it was implemented that's bad.

Since you were so kind as to close the bodyguard topic, I'm just going to write my opinion here.

This is BY FAR the worst "feature" of MissBimbo, if one can actually call it that. For me, it's more like you're going to shout out "APRIL'S FOOL!" any time, really. At least I hope you will, although it's November ...
What's the sense in this bodyguard-thingy? It gives us absolutely nothing, nichts, nada, niente. No extra features, no BA. Even if it did, I'd probably still be annoyed and you know why?

Sorry for the bold letters, I'm just terribly upset. You say that you do care about the players you have (left)? Because it looks like you really don't give a damn. Stunts are fine with me, as long as they're actually good for the site. Did you really think that people would say "Oh, great! No I don't have enough money to go shopping since we have awesome new clothes in Nine's! Finally, thank you, senseless Bodyguard! You made this game so much more fun!"

I used to earn 4300BD a day and that was great. I could go buy new clothes, I could redecorate my house and change my hair and makeup a lot. And now I earn ... wait for it .... wait for it .... 1700BD a day. That's right, this stupid Bodyguard steals 2600BD from me every single day for no particular reason. Hooray? No, not really.

You know, having a lot of money was the main factor I was looking forward to when I was on lower levels. And now tbat I am on Level 49, you're just like "Hey! You know what would be fun? Stealing BD from those silly players who are actually STILL here, after all these stupid changes we made! Hahaha!"

Yeah, well, you know what I think? If the "lost bimbos" find this page again by accident, they're going to be SO glad they left earlier. Because, really, if you keep adding such RIDICULOUS "new features"  I'm going to be another "lost bimbo", just that I got lost on purpose, never to return again.

I don't think that you think this stuff through thoroughly enough. If you did, then you would notice how silly you are. You could at least ask us before you change anything.

I always thought that Missbimbo was better than Stardoll, but right now you're A LOT worse.


I hope you're going to get rid of this stupid bodyguard, EVERYBODY hates him! Every single player on this site is upset about it and I wouldn't be surprised if you're going to lose another 300, 400 bimbos, maybe even more. Because you really treat us like bimbos. Like "Ah, they're too stupid to notice those changes anyway, hehe. Silly bimbos."

Get rid of the bodyguard right now. It's ridiculous.

What do you think you're doing? Yes i have a lot of BD. But you know what? I don't think it makes the game less fun and interesting. I LOVE it! When new clothes come out I can buy them without worrying out BD, which is awesome!

Adding this "feature" is stealing! People spend real money on this game, and we spend time here. You're just taking what is ours. It doesn't give us anything in return.

Since I have been on a higher level for a while I have quite a lot of money. So what? It doesn't make the game easier since BD isn't central to the goals of the highest levels. It just makes it more fun! Being able to buy new clothes and change the bimbos look often is what makes the game fun when the goals is all about getting BA and winning challenges and duels.

I promise you, you are gonna lose bimbos if you don't remove this ridiculous body guard!

...Wow, another reason to not learn sudoku...(and reconsider that VIP subscription for Christmas)...
