Hi, Im Annie and I'm 10 years old,in year 6 at Primary school. We just had Sex Education or 'Health Education' at school, but I missed it, due to being on holiday with my Dad in Egypt. So, I was wondering if someone older than me could teach me a bit about it?
Thanks

I don't see how this has anything to do with beauty tips.
Also, why was it so important you went to Egypt in term time? Surely your father should help to teach you any of the things you missed at school, especially something so important.
Anyway, the main thing you're taught in year 6 is about puberty and periods - there are plenty of websites around that can tell you all you need to know. I'm sure your father wouldn't mind sitting down with you and explaining things with the aid of these websites. Just ask him. There's nothing embarrassing about it, everyone goes through puberty at some point.

Check this one out, it's amazing! After using this one, my hair got soft and well-conditioned. If you're too lazy to watch, here are the ingredients:
2 whole eggs
2-3 spoons of mayonnaise
some honey
Mix it all up and put on dry hair (I did mine on hair about 2-3 days after washing). Then, put a heat cap or a plastic bag or whatever you have at home and let it sit for 40 minutes.
I highly recommend this treatment.
yea that really works for natural hair.. my family been doing it for ages
and using vinegar and i think eggs or mayo removes relaxers/perms out of your hair after doing it a while

I think everybody knows this tip but for people that might not know,
WASH YOUR FACE DAILY.
Meaning twice a day.
1. In the morning when you wake up.
2. Before you go to sleep.
For clear skin wash it for about 3 minutes sometimes 5.
But don't take too long because you might over wash your skin.
Oh and put lotion on every time you wash your face.

If you wanna naturally lighten your hair, try honey!
1. Mix it with some of your normal conditioner OR yogurt and ingredients of your choice
2. Leave it on your hair for at least 30 minutes, I like to keep it on for an hour.
3. Wash your hair as you normally would in the shower.
It takes a while to see results, but it's a fun experiment to try
I got this from AndreasChoice, she's one of my fav beauty gurus on YT. (:
Try threading your eyebrows or upper lip, hair grows back less thick, it is a little painful at first (actually alot), but you'll get used to it, and it's quick because it takes out more hair each time, and to me, waxing is more painful, and tweezing's a drag.
Drink loads of water, trust me, you'll see results in your skin and hair FAST.
(also stay away from too much junkfood)
I don't know if this is exactly a beauty tip, but if you're trying to lose weight, eat breakfast. It'll stop you from over-eating later and give you energy for the day. I learned starving yourself doesn't work out that great since your body isn't getting food and its stores fat away in case something happens (learned this in health class;D).
Apply mascara while looking up, and slightly blinking. It curls lashes nicely and separates them this is the best way to apply mascara for me.
If you have cellulite, gently scrub coffee grinds on your thighs. May seem weird, but it does temporarily help with it. Caffeine works against cellulite. ;DDD

Instead of shaving over and over, with the hairs coming in darker and thicker each time, try waxing. Waxing to remove hair will result in softer hairs each time and result in permanent hair loss after a few sessions

Online
for dry Lips you can make a sugar and honey Scrub and rub it on your lips to take off all the bad dead skin cells and they cleanse with a towel for smoother lipsx

As for washing for face I recommend the oil cleansing method.

It's all natural, it cheap, and can be made with common household ingredients.
I just want to say that oil is not bad for your skin, in fact oils dissolve oil. I've been doing it for about a month now and I rarely get breakouts.

I do agree with the breakfast thing, because it gives you energy. But I've heard the whole starving rumor before and I don't believe it at all. I recently watched a show called Supersize vs. Superskinny, and it almost proves that starving among most people is usually just small amounts of low calorie food that lack proper nutrition.
Starving does actually make you skinny, considering that many definitions of starving are different from each other. I think this thing about your body storing fat is fake, since it will only do this under extreme physical and environmental conditions.
1. People who receive no food or exercise at all, for example, a person who receives limited amount of low protein food every few days or none at all, will never gain fat or weight, simply because their body lacks the ability to produce fat or muscle. At first they might if they completely cut out food in just a few days, since there are still proteins in their body and their metabolism is still fully functional until the point where it shuts down and your body burns away fat and muscle in order to survive extreme conditions.
2. When you don't get any food at all and over exercise, you'll lose weight. However if you do this excessively, you can develop anorexia.
3. Limiting your caloric intake is another form of starving, just not as extreme. This is really the only healthy way to lose weight. No matter how much you exercise, if you still eat junk food or go over your calorie limit, you won't lose weight. It obviously helps though to exercise at least a little bit each day, because this keeps your metabolism healthy.
Oh and for the beauty tip part: never use soap on your face, or strong acne treatment products. I used to do this, and my skin looked horrible. Now all I use is warm water and an exfoliating sponge on my skin, and it's clear, soft, and smooth. Plus my tan doesn't rub off as easily anymore (; I also use 0.5 salisylic acid morturizing lotion to help take the dead skin off my face and morturize the new cells.

My tips:
Hair
For straight hair, find a good balm and heat protectant to use. Heat protectant is a MUST. And while it's very costy, use a really good flat iron! I use my sister's, which is the Chi. It's considered to be a professional iron since it gets so hot. The results after straightening your hair is much more noticeable than a cheap flat iron you bought at Wal Mart or the drugstore. Your hair will be more straight and last a lot longer, and you won't be going over your hair a million times and damaging it. The ends of your hair won't flare out like a cheap flat iron does and your hair will be less frizzy. Always use ceramic flat irons because they don't tug on your hair as much. Always put your hair in layers, don't try to do it all at once. Start by sliding your fingers at the nape of your neck and putting the hair you scooped up in a clip or ponytail. Then do the same above your ears then at the crown. Thicker hair may need more layers than that. Finish by spraying a little bit of hairspray on a comb and running it through your hair if it tends to get wavy again.
Eyeliner
If you find your eyeliner smudges after a long day, try liquid or gel liner. If you really like pencil liner, or you aren't very good at liquid or gel liner, just use it over the pencil liner to set it. Get the perfect cat eye look by following the bottom line on your eye up as far as you want. If you hate sharpening your eye pencil all the time, try the kinds that are self sharpening and just twist up. On your top lid, use small strokes at a time, don't try to draw the line at once because it makes you more likely to mess up.

Any other tips for teeth whitening?
hi i dunno if ur still interested but a good trick for whitening up ur teeth is to use lemon juice.. it isn't abrasive, it smooths ur teeth superfice and whites them up very easily(and pretty immediately)
Do NOT exagerate thought.. lemon juice contains a hig quantity of citric acid.. wich might cause ur teeth to feel really sensitive ..and it isn't such a great feeling

Your teeth are also made of calcium (a base), and lemon juice is very acidic. Too much acid on your teeth will cause them to erode, and will make the enamel (the white coating of your teeth) get thinner. Thin enamel will lead to transluscent-looking, dull teeth.
If you want safe whitening options, ask your dentist! Many of the homemade versions are very harsh on your teeth and will cause problems down the road.

Baking soda works for me and they are not acidic, in fact baking soda is also good as a cheap substitute for toothpaste... Baking soda has many usage and it's much healthier, such as to remove stains from clothes, for baking, and even as a face scrub for acne prone areas...

Really???!! I always thought baking soda was really bad for teeth and skin, like lemon juice.
Oh, and sometimes, you just can't whiten your teeth without tearing up the enamel. Its based on genetics, and its something you can't change. Don't try too hard trying to change the colour of your teeth. Better to have yellow teeth than no teeth. I know it sounds bad, but its true.

apply moisturiser to ares like knees, elbows, hands etc before putting on fake tan, makes it more even once appliesd.
curl your eyelashes before applying mascara. blast you hairdyer on your curlers to make them warm before you curl them, makes your eyes look amazing!
exfoliate with salt. sea salt for body, and fine salt for face. do regularly
make sure you get new make up regularly so its not 'out of date'
once youve washed your hair, rinse it in cold water.keeps it in good condition and helps it grow.

This might sound a bit odd, but it really works for me and my co-workers say so too
If you are ever gonna make butter cream, like for cup cakes or so, put a bit of it on your hands for a few minutes and then wash it of
your hands are gonna be soooo soft!
ETA: I work in a pastry shop, we have our hands in liters of butter cream multiple times a week xD

Lovely tips! Really enjoy reading them!
Here is my tip for pigment spots/freckles/dark areas
Mix about 1 tbs honey with 1-2 tbs lemon juice and sprinkle alittle bit baking soda in (less than ½ tsp) mix all those ingredents in a little bowl and pour the mix into a container.
Apply it to your face one of two times a week. After a few weeks you will notice how well it is workig
Benefits: The honey will make your skind smooth and silky, the lemon juice will make your skin brighter and the baking soda will help give the lemon juice a boost
This really has made my skin look better and I've only tried it about 3 times? this is a must try!
