Surgery Before And After

Here is a current version of the bimbos before and after surgery.

Note: The tan difference is just a tan, nothing special.

Notice the nose is different and the lips look fuller after the operation

I wish I still had a pic of the old bimbo pre-surgery - even better would be an option for a breast reduction. I can see a facelift reversal being more difficult, especially in real life (which this game emulates so well XD)

you can get a reduction. you just have to get the boob job again and it will go small again.

You can do another boob job and get them small again.
And you can do facelifts for BA but nothing changes.

You can do the breast surgery every 7 days. They will go back and forth between 2 sizes: original and larger. That's it.

i think the size of the breast are WAY too big, but thats my opinion.. it sucks because you have to do the operation for a goal, and it's só expensive! And finally, when you want your breasts normal size again, you have to pay again tons of BD! Hoow. *Don't mind my whining*
