But I contacted them during the week, last week. I contacted them again yesterday. Still no reply...hopefully within next week..

Rule number 1:
Don't contact support twice. Be patient, doesn't matter how long they take to reply.
Plus almost every player that has bought BD and haven't appeared in their account is experiencing this problem and are sending lots of mail to support, so I guess that is the reason why they haven't replied to you.
The only option is to contact support and wait, which you have already done.
