do you mean moderators?
Moderators are chosen by the admin team when they are looking for mods. You need to be very active in the forum and know and follow the rules properly. When the time comes that the admin team may need new mods you may be chosen.

Managers? id you mean Mods, then you've got to meet all the requirements, some of them are kind and helpful and aware of the rules, and make people notice you and I think you eveither get nominated or a Mod/Admin chooses you.
If you mean Admin, you can't. Those are the people that created the game.

ok... some people make clothes for miss bimbo like take 1 peach from this top and some pieces from jeans or somethink and they create something new, where are you supposed to go to make it? like art or something?? please explain!!
