Round 1 Task:

It’s September 1st and you are headed for King’s Cross to catch the Hogwarts Express at 11am. Then it’s a long train ride up north until you arrive at Hogsmeade. From there you will ride up to Hogwarts in horseless carriages.

Once at Hogwarts you will attend the Welcome Feast and witness the sorting of the new 1st years.

The next day you will have your first classes.

08.00am:
Gryffindors & Hufflepuffs: Transfiguration with Professor McGonagall
Ravenclaw & Slytherins: Charms with Professor Flitwick

10.00am:
Hufflepuffs & Ravenclaws: Herbology with Professor Sprout
Gryffindors & Slytherins: Potions with Professor Slughorn

After lunch it is time for Quidditch tryouts. Everyone is obliged to try out as all teams are in need of 3 player… Your prefect is also your Quidditch Captain, try your best to impress.

***Extra-Challenge (for Extra-Points awarded to each house as a team):***

It is a new tradition in Hogwarts that in the first days some major pranks are played to establish early on who is the biggest prankster of the year! So work together with your housemates and come up with the most imaginative of pranks! Don’t forget that you need to inform your victims on what will happen to them! (If you happen to be a victim, try to play along and laugh with the others!)
Please no serious injuries or bad taste! ^^

YOU MUST INDICATE YOUR HOUSE AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR POST!!!!!!!!

*1 story about the events of September 1st and 2nd
*3 outfits: Arriving at King’s Cross, Uniform (you can just use the one from nines or try to create something yourseslf but remember that the rules in terms of colors, etc. are strict), Quidditchoutfit (do NOT edit a uniform, just wear something sporty and comfortable aka do NOT wear what you think is your house's quidditch uniform).

Note: You might have noticed that I posted pictures of your prefects and some boys... wink They are here for you to interact with! Please note that Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin have prefects that will actually post in the contest, so if you want to interact with them make sure you talk to the bimbo behind them! If you need to interact with the Gryffindor prefect and are a bit unsure feel free to pm me!
As for the boys... Some boys are single, others aren't... You can interact with them, have crushes on them, etc. However there is no need to do so... This is not a classic dating contest, so if you'd rather just have fun writing about magic and your girlfriends you are absolutely free to do so!

If however you are actually interested in a boy (and please do NOT introduce other boys at Hogwarts as your characters love interest) please pm me and tell me which one you like!

Just to let you knwo what we planned so far so you know what's ahead of you

Coolabcdefg will prepare a fake letter for the Fat Lady portrait of the Gryffindors telling someone has a crush on her  and that her secret admirer will wait for her at the fruit bowl painting of the Huffles . She leaves and Gryffs can't enter their coomon room - it is shortly after dinner so everyone is tired and want to get some rest but they can't .
Addidut (moi that is) will talk to Sir Cadogan that a damsell is in distress and  Hardcore000 will charms the Fat Lady to eat some fruits of the fruit bowl painting that leads to the Huffles common room 
Sir Cado will arrive and the Fat Lady is sick beacuse she ate too much  and he has to help her .
All Slyths would get to the common room quickly to get away from the prank scene .
The fat lady will feel sick for some days even if she is back in her painting...and because of this she can be slow when students tell her the password and they have to wait until she openes the door.
The fruit bowl has to be redrawn and in the meanwhile Sir Cado is the replacement (he feels bad for not arriving earlier to stop the Fat Lady from eating so much) he insists that he has to replace the fruits... He feels guilty but everyone knows he changes the passowrd more than once each day and that drives everyoen nuts .

What about we get those movie pictures we have in the newspaper and make the owls distribute them during next day breakfast?

Ravenclaw

The Ravenclaw house ghost is the Grey Lady, also known as Helena Ravenclaw. She is renowned for being instrumental in assisting Harry Potter in the search for the Horcruxes.


Slytherin

The Slytherin house ghost is the Bloody Baron. He is well known for being extremely unsocial and many students are known to be slightly afraid of him. The Baron is also the only one who can control Peeves.

The Hufflepuff Basement is located behind a still-life portrait of a fruitbowl[2] near the kitchens of Hogwarts Castle. A password is presumably required to enter it, which is spoken to the portrait. A hole or passage-way is behind the painting, leading to the common room, which is a room where Hufflepuff students can relax after a long day of studying. The common room is full of fat armchairs, yellow hangings, and probably a bulletin board where school notices, ads, lost posters, etc. can be posted.

The Hufflepuffs' dormitories are also located in the cellar, with perfectly circular doors leading off from the common room that open to tiny underground tunnels. One of them leads to the girls' dormitory, the other to the boys. In each dormitory are five beds, presumably decorated with yellow hangings and the Hufflepuff badger.

This spell was supposed to heal broken bones (Brackium Emendo)

    Pronunciation: br-ah-kee-um e-men-do
    Description: If used correctly, Gilderoy Lockhart claims it will heal a broken bone.
    Seen/Mentioned: Used unsuccessfully by Gilderoy Lockhart on Harry Potter in the film version of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (instead of healing the bone it vanished all the bones in Harry's arm, leaving it not unlike rubber).
