I know there is tutorials up for gimp, but i decided to create my own. i do one or 2 thing a bit diffrently and i thought i'd explain the buttons, and things like adding a pattern, which others dont.
I hold a lot of edit-only contest and i get people who want to enter and cant edit. i thought if i explained it in my own words and added the tutorial link to my contests, i wouldnt have to go through the instructions in a mail.
and also, i want people who cant edit who are just lurking around to look at this. editing isnt that hard! 

before we begin, a couple of things to look at.

also, if you ever make a mistake it is easier undoing than using the eraser, so go to 'edit' and 'undo'. if you change your mind, 'redo'. you can do this as much as you like.

how to make a layer and zoom in.

layers are complicated things. when you add a layer (automatically its transparent), your getting a see-through image on top of your bimbo, so whatever you draw on the bimbo will be a seperate image. this is usefull if you want to save the clothes separate from the bimbo, or (this is why i used it in this tutorial), or if you want to create a freehand shape (we will be doing that) and colour the entire thing.

How do you 'open a pic of your bimbo'?
ahh, i should have added this.
1)go to DRESS UP.
2)save a picture of your bimbo stark naked - i am serious.
3)when the picture comes u asking for a name, printscreen a pic of this. to to that:
-look at your keyboard. fint PrintScreen key, usually close to F12 and Scroll Lock. It will say PrtScrn or printscreen or somthing like that.
-when you find the key, press it. then go to start>all programes>accesories>paint.
-you will get a picture of what was on your screen coming up. erase all the rubbish so you just have the bimbo on a background of white.
4)save it as whatever you fancy
5)open it with gimp and make a fancy edit
6)have a chocolate pudding for doing so well
